Capital Region Billing Services is hiring five Patient Billing Support Representatives in Tallahassee, FL. You will help patients understand their medical bills and set up payments. What you will do: - Answer patient calls about bills, insurance and payments - Look up accounts and explain charges clearly - Set up payment plans and take payments - Update accounts and write clear notes About you: - Customer service experience in any field - Patient, kind and a good listener - Comfortable using computers and typing while talking - No medical billing experience needed.
