Property Maintenance Worker

Falls Park Property Management is hiring two Property Maintenance Workers in Sioux Falls, SD. You will keep our apartment buildings, townhomes and grounds safe and looking great all year. What you will do: - Mow, trim and clean grounds in summer and clear snow and ice in winter - Make small repairs to doors, fixtures, drywall and appliances - Clean and paint units between residents - Inspect parking lots, stairs and common areas About you: - At least one year of maintenance, handyman or groundskeeping experience - Comfortable with basic tools and outdoor work in all weather - A valid driver's license What we offer: - $18 to $21 per hour, plus overtime for snow call-outs - A company truck for work use - Health insurance and paid time off - Paid holidays How to apply: create your Fiondr profile, upload your resume and tap "I'm interested".
